Tyler and throw it on the glass. If you look closely you will see that Caroline is moving quickly with vampire speed to avoid the glass down. -KC Shipper

Lord help me.

Yeah, Tyler threw the glass at Caroline and she totally used her vamp speed to move out of the way.

RME.

Still crying about it.  Never did I think Carol was in any danger of dying on the show.  Tyler needed her.  They wouldn’t take her away from him.  They were all each other had.  I had this false sense of security that led me to believe that Tyler and Carol would never lose each other, that the Tyler-Carol relationship would live on long after the show ended, because they were that special.  Now that has shattered and I just want Team Lockwood back.  I want to see that realistic love between a struggling parent and their troubled child; who together survived so much loss and grew closer because of and despite of it.  I want that back and I want it back now.

When Tyler showed Carol what he was, that he was a “monster” Carol didn’t hesitate to show Tyler that she still loved him.  She let him know that she would take care of everything because hating monsters didn’t matter anymore.  He was her son.  His well being and his happiness is what mattered most to her.

Stefan and Damon’s father killed them for helping Katherine (a vampire) and hated them for becoming vampires themselves.  Liz and Bill Forbes both believed their daughter to be dead and gone.  The Originals’ mother, Esther, wanted to kill her children, the monsters she created.  Stefan and Damon never got a chance with their father and Caroline had to work to get her parents to finally accept her, but not Tyler.  After watching her only child endure a night of agonizing pain all Carol wanted to do was love and support Tyler and accepted him immediately.

Tyler and Carol were very lucky to have the relationship they had.  They were each other’s support system.  It was just him and her and now…it’s just him.  Tyler and Carol didn’t deserve this ending.  I want to be angry more than anything, but all I feel is total and complete heartbreak.  My guy is alone.  He has lost his entire family within a year.  Now he sits in his big house, that used to be his and Carol’s home, utterly and miserably alone.  Left to look at the pictures of their family his mother had lovingly displayed everywhere knowing she is never coming back.

I’m going to go lay in a fetal position for the rest of the year. Just go on without me.

Watching yourself ripped to shreds

I just wanted you to be a kid. Just for a little while longer. I always tried to protect you, keep you safe. Dad didn’t even have to tell me. It was just always my responsibility, you know?

“The Salvatores may fight like dogs but in the end they would die for each other. At least they know what family means. You destroyed ours.”

“So, he’s gonna go back in time; he’s gonna fall in love with Alisha, then she dies and they’re gonna be stuck doing it over and over and over again for all eternity?”

Not like this.
